The hotel's location is fantastic as it is very near an MRT station, making it easy to travel to different areas of interest and to/from the airport on the train. The cleanliness of the room was perfect with a very comfy bed and pillows. the staff were polite, professional, and spoke excellent English.

Great location, close to public transportation and popular attractions in the city. The hotel offers complimentary bottled water and free hi-speed wifi, a nice touch. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to any issues we had.
The rooms were small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The pictures on the website did not accurately represent the size of the room, leading to disappointment upon arrival.

Excellent location in Chinatown, close to food and public transport. Comfortable beds with great pillows and blankets. Clean rooms with well-placed lights and working WiFi. Soundproofing from street noise is good. Staff speaks English and is super helpful.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's right in the center of Chinatown, so close to the MRT station and within walking distance to any popular sites. The friendly counter staff provided excellent service and gave us useful information about tourist attractions.
The rooms are incredibly small and cramped.
